Level 7 (30 credits) Advancing Practice in Medical Imaging - Single Module

The Susan Hall Imaging Facility houses a 16 slice Toshiba Aquilion CT scanner, complete with CT Fluoro and Vitrea imaging workstation with CT Colonography package. This enables 3D reconstructions and "fly-throughs" for CTC training. We also have high specification digital monitors so that we can link all our imaging facilities with a PACS system to enable real-life image viewing and reporting, and these are of diagnostic quality suitable for our breast imaging courses.
