Entry requirements
A good honours degree or graduate diploma.
We encourage people who have work or other related experience to apply.
International students must provide evidence of proficiency in English – IELTS 6.5 band score or a score of TOEFL at 575 or above (232 computer-based) with a TWE of 4.0 or above are appropriate.

Who is the programme for?
This programme is designed for creative social entrepreneurs, people who want to make a change to themselves and communities, deploying media for social good.
Module information
Modules to be studied include Skills Workshops - covering Video, Audio and online skills, Defining the Digital, Engaging the Community and Creative working. Practice based learning is possible via the Community Project and Individual Social Media Project modules.
Assessment
Assessment is by a variety of workshops, essays, reports and the completion of project work.
Career progression
Students will leave this course equipped to work in a variety of institutions engaging with social media. This includes the traditional broadcasters who are gradually entering the field as well as new community and third sector organisations who need social media to work for them and their clients.
