Long listing and short listing of applications

  • Assistance in reviewing applications against the person specification and recommending candidates for interview 

Telephone Interviews

  • Constructing questions for the interview
  • Contacting candidates to arrange times for interviews 
  • Conducting the telephone interviews using the University of Salford facilities 
  • Collating findings 
  • Short listing candidates for face to face interviews (if required) 

Assessment Centres

  • Designing, planning and delivering an assessment centre based on your criteria and requirements
  • Assessment centre activities to include facilitating and evaluating the following:

  • Psychometric/Aptitude/Personality Tests
  • Written Exercise/Reports
  • Presentations (by candidate)

Final interview

  • Contacting candidates to arrange interview times 
  • Booking interview rooms at the University of Salford
  • Organising interview panel using University of Salford trained interview staff where necessary 
  • Assisting in appointing candidate(s)
