Long listing and short listing of applications
- Assistance in reviewing applications against the person specification and recommending candidates for interview
Telephone Interviews
- Constructing questions for the interview
- Contacting candidates to arrange times for interviews
- Conducting the telephone interviews using the University of Salford facilities
- Collating findings
- Short listing candidates for face to face interviews (if required)
Assessment Centres
- Designing, planning and delivering an assessment centre based on your criteria and requirements
- Assessment centre activities to include facilitating and evaluating the following:
- Short interviews
- Group Exercises
- Psychometric/Aptitude/Personality Tests
- Written Exercise/Reports
- Presentations (by candidate)
- In-tray Exercise/Case Studies
Final interview
- Contacting candidates to arrange interview times
- Booking interview rooms at the University of Salford
- Organising interview panel using University of Salford trained interview staff where necessary
- Assisting in appointing candidate(s)
