Sponsorship Package £500 + VAT includes:
The University of Salford has partnered with Santander to offer internship opportunities to University of Salford students and graduates.
The internships duration will be between 3 and 10 weeks with the intern working on a full-time or part-time basis. Full time positions are based on a 35 hour week.
Each intern under the Programme shall be paid a minimum of £300 per week based on a 35 hour week.
Santander Universities will contribute up to a maximum of £1,500 (one thousand five hundred pounds). Internships between 3 and 10 weeks will be part-funded by Santander at a rate of £150 per week to a maximum of £1,500, to be matched by the SME. These internships will not be fully funded at any point.
Employer eligibility: SMEs (small or medium sized businesses) employing less than 250 people, with a turnover of £50 million or less. They must be registered and based in the UK. Eligible organisations include companies, sole traders, partnerships and charities.
Start dates and duration: The start-dates can be flexible, but must begin before the end of October 2017.
