Over the University's summer vacation period over 1000 bedrooms become available making it an ideal venue for hosting residential conferences, sport and summer schools.
In addition to the accommodation facilities residential event attendees will also have access to our leisure centre housing a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, sauna, sun beds, fully equipped gym and games courts.

Castle Irwell

In addition to the rooms at the centre of the campus we have many self-catering flats and houses on the outskirts of the campus, which are also available during the summer months.
Castle Irwell Student Village is part of a mixed use accommodation and sports complex, and is just over one mile from the Allerton campus.
We offer a range of different options, including bed and breakfast with a full cooked or continental breakfast, for groups of ten or over. We also offer excellent packages for groups as well as long stay discounted prices.
Over 1000 single bedrooms in either an 11 bedroom house or 6 bedroom flat.
