Law student’s case review published in high profile journal
A final year Salford Business School student has published a case review in a renowned peer-reviewed journal.
Paul Skowron, who has also secured funded doctoral study at the University of Manchester, has now seen his piece, entitled 'Evidence and Causation in Mental Capacity Assessments PC v City of York Council' published in the Medical Law Review.
The Medical Law Review presents articles of international interest which provide thorough analysis and comment on a wide range of topical issues that are an authoritative source of reference for academics, lawyers, legal and medical practitioners. The commentary section offers in-depth exploration of topical aspects in the relevant fields.
