Biography
I have come from a Civil Engineer and Construction background with a PhD in Computer Aided Learning in Construction. I have worked in both industry and academia in the UK and overseas. I have broad experience of teaching at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels and Postgraduate Research supervision, with a number of publications in the Built Environment, and have chaired national and international events.

My teaching expertise is in construction management and IT at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels, this includes:

Research Interests
I am a Professor in the Built Environment. I have a broad research interest covering skills culture and people in construction, for example: e-learning in construction, construction IT for large organisations and SMEs, organisation leadership, ontology development for construction education, construction management and organisation readiness, sustainability, PPP and H&S.
