Biography

Simon is a Chartered Building Surveyor, having entered academia from practice in 2000.  He is the programme director for the building surveying course at UoS.  Additionally he is the editor of Journal of Building Surveying Appraisal and Valuation, published by Henry Stewart, and edits the RICS Isurv section which covers building surveying practice, “Being a Successful Surveyor”.
