Biography
I am a Chartered Builder (MCIOB) and has spent several years in the construction industry, from site-operative to senior management positions in Local Authorities and Housing Associations dealing with large-scale maintenance, refurbishment and investment planning for housing stock and schools. I have also worked in various research positions including with the Building Research Establishment and has been an independent consultant. I previously taught various subjects pertaining to the built environment, most recently at the University of Portsmouth and Coventry University.
