SURFACE student achieves NRAC membership
The SURFACE team would like to congratulate graduating student, Michael Zuliani, on his Consultant Membership of NRAC, the UK's National Register of Access Consultants.
Having been awarded a Distinction when the University Board of Examiners met in June, Michael is one of two students from the Accessibility and Inclusive Design course to graduate with an MSc at the Lowry Centre later this month. Like 2011 alumnus, Mel Robinson, who achieved NRAC accreditation in September 2010, Michael works in Local Authority Building Control. As part of his MSc, he completed a dissertation on emergency egress for wheelchair users.
