Biography

I am a TV Producer/Director and Series Producer with more than 25 years’ experience, mainly in Factuals. I started as a researcher and have worked on everything from late night chat shows and magazine series to producing and directing Documentaries for BBC 2 and Channel 4 and many years making Investigative Current Affairs programmes; (ITV World in Action & Tonight, BBC Panorama, C4 Dispatches). Last year I developed a documentary that won an International Emmy for BBC Learning.

I have also made many corporate films, produced and directed low-budget dramas and have been teaching at the University of Salford part-time for the past 5 years. I have recently obtained a Certificate in Academic Practice and am a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
