Creative Writing

Creative writers are skilled in the art of imaginative expression. They know how words work and are expert at manipulating the written word in a variety of contexts and settings to create new voices and fresh perspectives. They also are expert in reading and understanding literature, able to learn from what has been done before.

Creative Writing graduates are well placed for employment in a wide variety of fields such as teaching English at school or university level; publishing; journalism; broadcasting; diplomatic service; marketing; or advertising.
