Through her own theatre company, ‘Refresh Theatre’,  Alice works as a director and workshop facilitator as well as teaching circus skills and Clown across the country. Alongside her own performance work she regularly performs with the interactive street company Aqueous Humor.

"The University of Salford gave me the space to test my creative instincts in a supportive environment. My interests in performance evolved as I worked with professional and touring companies alongside my chosen modules. On reflection, studying at Salford taught me the lasting value of innovation, determination and experimentation. I owe a lot to the tutors and my peers for provoking rich and stimulating work and later memories.

I have been working in professional theatre ever since from acting to teaching and directing. My training company Clown Lab started whilst teaching at the University of Salford in 2009 and, for that, I am most grateful. Since then, I have completed an MA in Movement Direction from Central School of Speech and Drama and will soon be directing at the Lowry Studio and teaching at RADA.
