From Salford

The library

As a Salford graduate, you can continue using the university’s on-campus libraries. To gain access you will need to present a library membership card. You can request a free library membership card by simply visiting the library website and filling in the membership form. The online form will ask you for your alumni ID number, which you can find on your regular alumni emails or we can provide you. Please contact the Alumni Office at alumni@salford.ac.uk.

Your library access card will give you access to the library buildings, as well as the ability to withdraw up to 4 books at any one time. We are currently unable to offer full access to Library computers, printing, or online resources in the library, however, you can access a selection of online journals and e-books at our online alumni hub From Salford.

Certificates and transcripts

You can request a replacement degree certificate and transcript from our Student Records department.

Email for life

The university offers graduates who completed their studies from 2011 to the present continued use of your university email address for the rest of your life.

Our Acceptable Use Policy requires email account holders to log in every 90 days in order to retain access to their account.

If you have forgotten your password, there is an option to reset this on the login page.

Sports Centre

As a graduate you are entitled to discounted alumni membership rates at the university sports centre, which features a 25m swimming pool, sauna and spa, a fitness studio, sports hall, squash courts and climbing wall.
