As a University which teaches creative subjects we have a range of arts events that take place in an around the University.  Arts activities which include art and design exhibitions and drama and music performances showcase the work of our students and staff as well as professional artistes. 

The University runs an ongoing exhibition programme which focused around our two exhibition spaces; the Clifford Whitworth Library and the Egg Space at the University Salford, MediaCityUK.  The Clifford Whitworth Library is used to show ‘traditional’ forms of artworks from the University’s permanent art collection whereas the Egg Space, which houses digital screens and interactive touch tables, exhibits digital art and moving image works.
