Alexandra is the Vice-Chancellor’s Office Executive Support Manager and is responsible for the efficient operation of the Office. Alexandra ensures the provision of executive support to Executive Members, managing the Vice-Chancellor’s Office teams’ flow of information through the Office; ensuring effective diary and administrative support, co-ordination of projects and activities as required and working closely and collaboratively with senior management, Schools and Professional Services and external bodies.
Alexandra works closely with the Strategic Advisor to the Vice-Chancellor in ensuring the office remains aligned to the delivery of the key strategic objectives of the University, actions from the Executive and Council are followed up on and implemented, and that there is a pro-active management of business and information flows on behalf of the Executive Members.
Alexandra has 15 years’ experience as an Executive PA, and has worked in Higher Education sector for 10 years. Prior to joining the University of Salford, Alexandra worked in the Financial Sector for a FTSE 100 company for 5 years and prior to this the Arts sector.
